The North Mississippi Dance Center (NMDC) is a dance school located in Tupelo, Mississippi. Founded in 1993, the studio has been providing quality dance instruction to students of all ages for over 25 years. We offer a variety of dance classes including ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, contemporary, and ballroom. We also offer private lessons, dance camps, and workshops. Our goal is to provide a fun, safe, and positive environment for our students to learn and grow.

Our Classes

NMDC offers a wide range of classes for all ages and abilities. Our classes are designed to help students develop their technical skills and artistry. Our classes are divided into two categories: recreational and competitive. Our recreational classes are designed to be fun and engaging, while our competitive classes are designed to prepare students for competitions and performances. We also offer private lessons for those who want to focus on a specific style or skill.

Our Instructors

Our instructors are experienced and passionate about dance. They have years of experience teaching a variety of dance styles and are dedicated to helping our students reach their goals. Our instructors are knowledgeable and supportive and strive to create a positive learning environment for our students. We also have guest instructors who come to teach workshops and master classes.

Our Facilities

NMDC has two studios located in Tupelo, Mississippi. Our studios are spacious and equipped with sprung floors, mirrors, and sound systems. We also have a lounge area for our students to relax and socialize. Our studios are air-conditioned and heated for year-round comfort.
