History

Towson Dance Studio was founded in 2010 by professional dancer and choreographer, Mary Towson. Mary Towson has been teaching dance for over 25 years and has been a professional dancer for over 15 years. She has performed and choreographed for many local and national companies, including the Baltimore Ballet and the National Ballet of Canada.

Mission

Towson Dance Studio’s mission is to provide quality dance instruction and a safe, encouraging environment for all of our students. We strive to help our students reach their full potential as dancers and as individuals. We also strive to promote a sense of community among our students and to foster a love and appreciation of dance.

Classes and Lessons

Towson Dance Studio offers a variety of classes for all levels of dancers, from beginner to advanced. Our classes include ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, tap, and ballroom. We also offer private lessons for those who want to focus on a particular style or technique.

Faculty and Staff

Towson Dance Studio is proud to have a highly qualified and experienced staff. Our instructors have extensive experience in teaching and performing dance. Our instructors are also certified by the National Dance Education Organization (NDEO).
