The Paula Brown Performing Arts Center is a ballet school located in Suitland-Silver Hill, Maryland. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of instruction and training in ballet and other forms of dance. Our mission is to provide our students with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the world of dance.

We believe that dance is an art form that has the power to bring people together and to inspire creativity and expression. We strive to create an atmosphere of respect and appreciation for the art of dance, and to provide our students with the tools to become the best dancers they can be.

Our History

The Paula Brown Performing Arts Center was founded in 1999 by Paula Brown, a former dancer and choreographer. She wanted to create a space where dancers of all ages and levels could come together to learn, grow, and explore the art of dance. Since then, we have grown to become one of the most respected ballet schools in the area. We offer classes for all ages and abilities, from beginner to advanced. Our classes are taught by experienced and highly-qualified instructors who are passionate about teaching and helping our students reach their full potential.

Our Programs

At the Paula Brown Performing Arts Center, we offer a variety of classes and programs for all ages and skill levels. Our classes range from beginner to advanced levels, and include ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, and more. We also offer special programs such as our Summer Intensive, which is a two-week intensive program designed to give dancers the opportunity to focus on perfecting their technique and expanding their repertoire.

We strive to create a supportive and welcoming environment for our dancers, and to foster a sense of community among our students and instructors. Our Facility

The Paula Brown Performing Arts Center is located in Suitland-Silver Hill, Maryland. Our facility is equipped with two spacious studios, a changing room, and a reception area. Our studios are equipped with sprung floors, mirrors, and professional lighting and sound systems. We also offer a wide selection of dancewear and shoes for our students.
