Our daughter has been attending Dance Matters for over 4 years now and she absolutely loves it. The dance instructors are amazing and know what they are doing. They have taught her so much over the years and her skill level is constantly improving. Even with the current COVID restrictions and worries they have gone above and beyond with small, safe in-person classes, virtual options, and even outdoor dance classes at the park! We feel very lucky to be a part of the Dance Matters NYC community!

This is a wonderful dance studio! Rebecca at the front desk is always happy to help and text with information on all the classes and how to sign up. Their toddler programs are the best and Miss Kerry is such a warm, loving dance instructor that my little one was able to leave my side and be by hers the duration of the class! The studio is clean with elevator access and it’s such a fun time to watch my little girl have an encouraging environment/introduction to the world of ballet!

My daughter is in her second year with Dance Matters and she couldn’t be happier! She completed last year via Zoom when everything shut down and the professionalism and creativity that Dance Matters exudes live, shown even brighter when faced with these new challenges! She is back in a live class with full Covid protocols, mask/temp check/etc and she loves it! As a family, we appreciate the support, love and dedication that Dance Matters gives to us and our daughter ❤️

Dance Matters is a gem! Our daughter has been coming here for 2 years now – started in ballet and is now doing ballet and tap. The teachers are supportive, friendly, and wonderful with children. This is a fun environment and a great resource to the neighborhood for those who show a love of dance. The entire staff is professional and caring and they offer a variety of classes and the schedule is flexible. I would definitely recommend this studio!
