The Clarkson School of Irish Dance is a dance school located in Manchester, Missouri. Founded in 1993, the school is dedicated to providing quality instruction in Irish dance and culture to students of all ages. The school offers classes in a variety of styles, including traditional Irish step, modern Irish step, and competitive Irish dance.

At Clarkson School of Irish Dance, students learn to move with grace and skill while developing a deep appreciation for the beauty and history of Irish dance. The school offers classes for beginners, as well as classes for more advanced students. The school also hosts a variety of workshops and events throughout the year.

The school is owned and operated by the Clarkson family. The head instructor, Maureen Clarkson, has been teaching Irish dance for over 20 years and is a certified Irish Dance Teacher (IDT) with the Irish Dancing Commission (IDC). Maureen is also a member of the American Irish Dance Association (AIDA) and the North American Feis Commission (NAFC).

The school is located in the Boardwalk Plaza Shopping Center, at 14353 Manchester Road in Manchester, Missouri. The school is open Monday through Thursday from 5-8 PM and Saturday from 8:30-11:30 AM.

Classes and Workshops

Clarkson School of Irish Dance offers a variety of classes for both beginners and experienced dancers. Beginner classes are designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of Irish dance, including basic steps, music, and culture. Intermediate and advanced classes focus on more complex steps and choreography.
