Lisa is the best dance fitness instructor in Syracuse. I’ve been a fan the past 4 years. Her dance background really shines through during her classes making them unique from any Zumba class you’ve ever experienced and she’s a great teacher as well! Deviant Dance is the place to be if you wanna stay fit and have fun while doing it! Plus it’s a very welcoming and friendly community. 10/10 recommend

I’ve only taken one class so far – I’m in a 3 week beginner pole series – and it was everything I wanted it to be. Super fun, a good but manageable workout adjustable to many levels, and just… so cool. I can’t wait for my other classes! Communication had been very clear and professional as well, I just feel instantly comfortable.

I danced while growing up and missed it dearly! This is such a fun way to get back to my dance roots while trying something new. Lisa is an amazing energetic instructor that will get you out of your comfort zone and feeling empowered by the end of the class. I am so thankful that my friend suggested her chairlesque class to me!

Lisa has created a wonderful environment at the studio where anyone and everyone is welcome. The culture draws like minded individuals who are kind and just want to have a little fun and maybe sweat along the way. 10/10 reccomend
