Studio Rouge is awesome! All of the instructors are super patient and willing to adjust their teachings to your skill set, which makes everything a little less intimidating. I have loved every class I have taken so far, but aerial (in all forms) is definitely where my ❤️ is. This studio is also very inclusive and inviting. Very clean and proper precautions are taken when it comes to sanitization, I always feel very safe coming here. 1000/10 would recommend.

This studio is AMAZING! It is probably one of the most supportive environments I have ever been in especially for women. Not only are the instructors fantastic, skilled, and accommodating, the other students are supportive. I recommend everyone gives these classes a chance they are truly for all different skill/fitness levels. It is one of the most fun ways to get exercise, feel comfortable in your own skin and feel empowered.

I've been going to Studio Rouge for hoop, silks, and pole classes for a year now, and it's easily become one of my favorite places. There's a great variety of classes, all with amazing and talented instructors dedicated to helping each student where they're at. The studio has such a warm, supportive atmosphere for safe and fun exploration and growth. Highly recommend signing up for classes if you haven't already!
