Le Cygne Dance Academy is a unique and vibrant dance school located in Fairfield, Iowa. Our mission is to provide a safe and fun environment for children and adults to learn and practice the art of dance. We offer a variety of classes and programs, including ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, tap, and more. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to helping our students reach their dance goals, and we strive to provide a positive and encouraging atmosphere for all of our students.

History

Le Cygne Dance Academy was founded in 2011 by professional dancer and choreographer, Tanya Page. Tanya has been teaching dance for over 25 years and has a passion for sharing her knowledge and experience with others. She wanted to create a place where people of all ages and skill levels could come together and learn the art of dance in a supportive and encouraging environment. Since then, Le Cygne Dance Academy has grown and expanded its offerings to include a variety of classes and programs.

Classes & Programs

At Le Cygne Dance Academy, we offer a variety of classes and programs for children and adults of all ages and skill levels. Our classes include ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, tap, and more. We also offer private lessons, group classes, and workshops. Our classes are designed to help our students develop their technique, confidence, and creativity. Our experienced instructors will work with each student to ensure they are getting the most out of their classes.

Events & Performances

Le Cygne Dance Academy also hosts a variety of events and performances throughout the year. Our events include recitals, competitions, and workshops. These events are a great way for our students to showcase their skills and talent. We also offer special performances for schools, businesses, and other organizations.

Facilities & Equipment

Le Cygne Dance Academy is equipped with a variety of facilities and equipment to ensure our students have a safe and comfortable environment to learn and practice their dance skills. Our facilities include a full-size dance studio, changing rooms, and a lounge area. We also have a variety of equipment, such as mirrors, barres, and mats, to help our students practice and perfect their technique.

Schedule & Contacts

Le Cygne Dance Academy is open Monday through Friday from 4pm to 8pm and Saturday from 10am to 4pm. Our classes and programs are offered throughout the week and on weekends.
