The moment we stepped into the facility, we were greeted enthusiastically by the front desk, the facility was super clean and warm, the customer service was superb, the sales person that provided us a tour was very detailed and informative with all the services they provide and answered all my questions. The staff was very accommodating, they made my boys feel comfortable. I was so impressed with the management, facility, and staff; I wanted to sign up right there! And I'm glad I did!

Purchased a month-long membership here when I was in NYC for three weeks with my one-year-old, and I'm so glad I did! A lifesaver on rainy days. The staff-led classes were super fun and engaging, and they were super sweet and welcoming. The playspace is a great area to safely let a new walker explore to her heart's content. And the front desk was super fast and flexible with schedule changes! Overall, highly recommend!

When I first walked in I was wildly impressed by the color and layout. Everything seemed inviting. We were initially drawn in by some of the musical talent that was on staff. The more we learned about Kidville and the rest of it's management the more we were excited to be a part of their world! NYC is a big busy place, finding good care for kids is a daunting task. Thank you for making it easy!

As always, the scheduled haircuts for both my boys this past weekend (one right after another) were great. It was smooth sailing. Gloria, the stylist, periodically checked in to confirm she was cutting the way I had requested. The boys enjoyed choosing a show to watch. And when we were done, we asked for and received a good hairspray recommendation. Thank you!
