SAC SWINGS is a dance school located in Sacramento, California. We specialize in teaching all styles of dance, from hip-hop and jazz to ballroom and Latin. Our mission is to provide quality dance instruction and create an environment that encourages learning, creativity, and growth.

Classes & Programs

SAC SWINGS offers a variety of classes and programs for all ages and levels of experience. Our classes range from beginner to advanced, and we offer both group and private lessons. We also offer special programs such as our summer camp and performance classes.

For our younger students, we offer a variety of classes designed to help them learn the basics of dance. We also offer classes that focus on specific styles, such as hip-hop, jazz, and Latin. Our experienced instructors will help guide each student through the fundamentals of each style, and will help them develop their own unique style.

For our older students, we offer more advanced classes and programs. We offer classes in all styles of dance, as well as performance classes and workshops. Our performance classes are designed to help students develop their skills and prepare for competitions. We also offer a variety of workshops and master classes, which are designed to help students refine their technique and explore new styles.

Facilities & Equipment

SAC SWINGS has a spacious, well-equipped facility. Our studio is equipped with state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, and our sprung floors provide the perfect surface for dancing. We also have a full-service barre, mirrors, and a variety of props and accessories for our students to use.

SAC SWINGS offers classes throughout the week. Our schedule is as follows:

Mondays: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Tuesdays: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Wednesdays: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Thursdays: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Fridays: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Sundays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
