Having not attended a pole class in many years, it was such a relief to find Heart & Pole. I started with the Strength and Flexibility classes to get myself back in shape, and I feel a world of difference even going just once a week. Can’t recommend these classes enough. It’s by far the funnest way to exercise because most of the time you just feel like you’re dancing.

Mae from Heart and Pole Studio did a flow arts demonstration at the Whitefield Community Fall Festival. She brought along hula hoops and other flow art props to share with everyone. Maes flow art demonstration was enjoyed by all and her presence really added to the festival atmosphere. I would not hesitate to recommend Heart and Pole Studio for a good flow arts fix.

I attended a beginner intro to pole dancing as a birthday party with older women. We had a blast the instructor.Mae gave excellent instructions that allowed me to do things that I never thought possible as far as athletic wise I suggest that if you have any desire to try it, it was fun, amazing and a great work out!
