I started dancing with Adam and team a year and a half ago! It took me six months to start after my first inquiry but I am so glad I did! Not only have I learned a solid foundation of Swing, Salsa and Bachata but I’ve found a fabulous creative outlet, extended family that has opened up a whole new world! I was a serious Ballet dancer in my youth but didn’t want to go back to that. Dance King has provided me with an inspirational, creative outlet and supportive learning environment!

April and Adam helped us choreograph out first dance for our wedding! They were so patient with us as we slooowly learned how to dance together. As our wedding DJ’s, they provided beautiful lighting, perfectly timed the ceremony music, and kept our guests on the dance floor the entire reception! We are now taking dance lessons weekly, and we having a GREAT time! They are so kind, so fun, and so patient with us! As DJs AND dance instructors, they are the best!!

April and Adam make dancing approachable for everyone. I have always wanted to learn to dance, but I felt shy to go by myself. Finally I started going on Mondays, and the Monday night group beginner classes are fun, engaging, and I feel like I get a little better every week. It is a totally judgment-free zone, and every step is broken down into movements that are easy to understand. So grateful to April and Adam at Dance King for patiently showing me the way!

Who knew that a dance studio could also provide DJ services?! This studio came highly recommended by our event venue and once we realized everything that was included in the small package we needed, we couldn't say no. They provided uplighting, quality speakers and a tasteful booth setup. Our DJ listened to exactly what we wanted and even went on a Ke$ha spree that I'll always cherish 🙂 Would definitely use them again if we needed a DJ!
