Rivers Way is amazing – so welcoming, nurturing, and inclusive. As I explore new ways of moving and dancing I feel extremely supported and empowered by both instructors and fellow peers alike. It's a space with zero pretention and somewhere you can truly show up exactly as you are. I love this place so much and the space Nat, Bridget, and the other instructors are co-creating. It's everything I was dreaming would come to Central Vermont!

I've only taken one class so far at this studio but let me tell you– it is phenomenal!!! The owners (who teach a lot of the classes) are so kind and welcoming. It is a lovely space and atmosphere and Id highly recommend if you're looking for non judgemental, community based studio to move ur body ! I can't wait to sign up for another class. Love this studio! The instructors are welcoming, encouraging of all dancers, body positive and so much fun! The space is amazing – wide open, lots of room to move, clean bathrooms. And the vibe is fabulous – I feel so comfortable learning and growing here. Excited to keep exploring all the class offerings. Thank you!
