Beautiful Art Deco building with 1920s interior charm. Quintessential Los Angeles post and beam interior with hand painted ceilings. The Park Plaza is showing some wear and tear and is in dire need of cosmetic help. My favorite ballroom is the one to the left of the grand staircase
This is a charming and historic hotel in Los Angeles. Great views of MacArthur Park and the downtown Los Angeles skyline from the upper floors. This hotel has been well-maintained over the years. Very clean and safe.
(I stayed there twelve or thirteen years ago) Awesome hotel! You can watch lots of entertaining activity outside. The hotel was just spooky enough to take a fun walk late at night. Definitely going to try to return!
Service seemed a bit over whelmed with getting the dinners out together for a large party. Food was OK, but the atmosphere was great.
