This is a really nice dancing studio in Houston. I attended KPOP and Latin dance and really enjoyed the classes. All teachers are professional, encouraging, serious yet fun. Students and TA’s are friendly and helpful. KPOP stimulated my brain to absorb new trending movements. Latin improved my postures. Price for each lesson is reasonable and affordable. Highly recommended!

To keep exercise at home during lockdown I started Frida's dance class on line. At that time Latin dance was just the word heard sometimes ago. Inspired by Frida's teaching from class to class, unnoticeably I have been doing for more than a year and keep going. Each scheduled class is full of enthusiasm, detailed technical skills and joy. So Excellent!

I joined the one dancing studio since June this year and have been in KPOP class every Thursday with instructor Frida. She is professional in teaching Latin and Kpop. They also have different instructors for kids pop dance. My son is in the Sunday pop class with similar age kids. You will definitely enjoy the atmosphere here! Join the studio 🥳

I just started the dance class with the One Dance Studio. I had two Latin classes already. I really like the teacher Frida’s teaching! Not only she is a professional dancer but also a great teacher. She explains each movement very well. I learned a lot from the first two classes already and will continue my Latin dance journey.
