History

The Ballet Company from El Cajon was founded in 1989 by professional dancer and choreographer, Maria Montoya. She wanted to create a place where children and adults could learn and grow in the world of dance. Since then, The Ballet Company has become a premier dance school in the area.

Mission

The mission of The Ballet Company is to provide quality instruction in the art of dance. We strive to create an environment that is safe, nurturing, and encouraging for all of our students. Our goal is to help our students reach their fullest potential as dancers and as individuals.

Classes & Instructors

The Ballet Company offers classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to helping our students reach their fullest potential. We offer classes in ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, modern, contemporary, and lyrical styles of dance. In addition to our regular classes, we also offer private lessons and special workshops.

Performances

The Ballet Company also offers performance opportunities for our students. We host two annual recitals, as well as occasional special performances. Our students have the opportunity to perform in front of an audience and show off their hard work and dedication.

Schedule & Contact

The Ballet Company is open Monday through Friday from 2-10 PM, and on Saturdays from 9 AM to 5 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
