Backyard Ballroom was the best thing we did for our wedding! We took 8 classes with Don, from the comfort of our home, and we learned how to nightclub 2 step for our first dance. We received so many compliments on our dance, saying we looked like pros! More importantly, each lesson was like a date night for my husband and I, and we found a new passion for us to do together.

I’ve been taking lessons from Don for 4 months now and it has been so delightful! Not only does he make it very fun, but he Is a fantastic instructor. He makes it very easy to understand and implement what he’s teaching. I love that part of his goal in teaching is to bring back the fun and popularity of social dancing. We were lucky enough to have Heather as our instructor. She taught us 2 dances for our wedding through 8 lessons in our living room. We are total rookies but she made us look like professionals on our big day. She was very accommodating driving from Farmington to Ogden to teach us. Always on time and prepared with new ideas. Could not have asked for a better instructor.

Heather was amazing! She helped my partner and I clean up our wedding first dance in such a fun way. I would say we made immense progress in just one hour. Thanks Heather!! And thanks for driving so far to see us. We really really appreciate it. My worries about the first dance are now slim to none.
