From warm-up to practice with a variety of partners to social dancing parties, SalsaKnox provides every reason and opportunity to learn and experience the joy of dancing! Waldo and Jacquie are friendly, inviting, helpful, and accepting of everyone at every skill level! This is the place to go if you want to learn basic steps, know basic steps but want to learn more or how to partner dance, or want to get out and socialize but don't have a buddy to go with… you will find your spot here!

Waldo and Jacqueline are excellent dance teachers and keeps you motivated, encourages you to progress and challenge yourself. Their positive attitude and warmth really puts you at ease making dancing fun, enjoyable and not intimidating. I have seen an improvement not only in my dancing and fitness but in my general confidence. Dancing helps my mind and body feel good. It’s lovely to be with such a nice group. I would recommend to anyone whatever their levels of dance to try the class.

Waldo and Jaqueline are excellent teachers with focus on both technique and styling. I joined their mixed-level class as a relatively experienced dancer, and have noticed immediate and significant improvement in my styling and execution during socials. The classes have been well paced and are structured to be easy to follow for newer dancers, while providing optional more challenging variations and style improvements for the more experienced folks to keep everyone engaged.

I came here in February with ZERO prior experience and a bundle of nerves. It can't be easy to teach beginners, but they made Latin dance seem so very doable, even from the first day. Their calm, clear, sequential approach has made it possible for me to learn steps that would otherwise seem completely intimidating. Although I am an introverted type, since enrolling here, I have made some new friends and actually look forward to Salsaknox Friday Night parties!
