We loved working with the Des Moines Ballroom to help us prep for our First Dance! We had 3 private lessons with Joey a few weeks prior to our wedding to help us feel more confident dancing together on our big day. Joey was patient, knowledgeable, and made the experience very fun for us. We were pleasantly surprised by how much we learned and accomplished together with just 3 lessons. I would highly recommend using Des Moines Ballroom!
My husband and I attended the Valentine's day class with Tallis. This was our first time at the Des Moines Ballroom and our first ever dance experience. It was a fun date night. The instructor was friendly and helpful. My husband and I definitely needed her help and we're able to pick up some of the patterns she was teaching. I really hope we are able to join a beginners class sometime!!
Just wanted to send a big THANK YOU for such a great group class on Valentines night!!! It has been a while since my wife and I have taken a class and it was just a perfect evening. The entire group was smiles the whole time and the instructor made us all comfortable and at ease the entire time. The hour went by so fast we were amazed when it was over. It was awesome!!!
We had four private dance lessons with Anne leading up to our wedding to feel more comfortable dancing together and have a little more flair than just swaying back and forth. It was a fun weekly date night learning and dancing together and helped us feel better about our first dance. We got so many compliments and impressed family & friends with our moves and dip!
