Upasana’s mission is to provide quality dance instruction and performance opportunities to people of all ages and backgrounds. We are committed to providing a positive and inspiring experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

History

Upasana was founded in 2014 by a group of passionate and dedicated dancers and instructors. The founders wanted to create a space where people of all ages and backgrounds could come together to explore and express themselves through the art of dance. Since its inception, Upasana has grown to become one of the premier dance schools in Nashville.

Programs

Upasana offers a variety of dance classes and programs for all ages and levels. We offer classes in ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, tap, and more. We also offer performance opportunities for our students, ranging from recitals to professional productions. We also offer community outreach programs, such as free classes for underserved communities and workshops for schools and organizations.

Faculty

Upasana’s faculty is comprised of experienced and dedicated instructors. Our instructors have a passion for dance and a commitment to providing a positive and inspiring experience for all of our students. Our instructors have experience teaching a variety of dance styles and have trained at some of the most prestigious dance schools and companies in the world.

Upasana is located at 2933 Berry Hill Dr, Nashville, TN 37204. We are conveniently located just minutes from downtown Nashville and easily accessible from all major highways.
