History of Tir Na Nog Irish Dance

Tir Na Nog Irish Dance was founded by Maureen O’Neill, a professional Irish dancer and teacher. Maureen was born and raised in Ireland and has been teaching Irish dance for over 20 years. She opened Tir Na Nog in 2002 to share her passion for Irish dance with the people of Cumberland, Rhode Island.

Classes and Events

Tir Na Nog Irish Dance offers a variety of classes for all levels of dancers. The studio offers beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes for both adults and children. Private and group lessons are also available.

In addition to classes, Tir Na Nog Irish Dance also hosts a variety of events throughout the year. The studio offers workshops, competitions, and performances. The studio also hosts an annual St. Patrick’s Day celebration, where students can showcase their Irish dance skills.

Instructors

Tir Na Nog Irish Dance is proud to have a team of experienced and dedicated instructors. All of the instructors are certified by the Irish Dance Commission and have extensive experience in Irish dance. The instructors are passionate about sharing their love of Irish dance with their students.
