Swing C’ville: Charlottesville’s Premiere Dance School

Swing C’ville is Charlottesville’s premiere dance school, offering a variety of classes in swing, lindy hop, and other forms of partner dancing. Located in the heart of historic downtown Charlottesville, Swing C’ville offers a unique and welcoming atmosphere in which to learn and practice your dance skills.

History

Swing C’ville was founded in 2011 by two local dancers, Sarah and Dan, who wanted to bring the joy of social dancing to their community. Since then, the school has grown to become one of the most popular and respected dance schools in the area.

Classes and Events

At Swing C’ville, we offer a variety of classes to suit all levels of experience. Our beginner classes are designed to give you the basics of swing and lindy hop, while our intermediate and advanced classes will help you hone your technique and expand your repertoire. We also offer private lessons and group classes for those who want to take their dancing to the next level.

In addition to our classes, we also host a variety of social dances and events throughout the year. From weekly dances to special events, there’s something for everyone at Swing C’ville.

At Swing C’ville, we are proud to have some of the best instructors in the area. Our instructors are experienced dancers who are passionate about teaching and helping their students reach their goals. They will work with you to make sure you get the most out of each class and have a great time.
