Founded by renowned dancer and choreographer, Sarah Nesbitt, SoulShine Training offers personalized and unique dance programs for all levels of experience. Whether you’re just starting out or an experienced dancer, Sarah and her team of experienced instructors will help you reach your goals.

We believe that everyone has the potential to discover and develop their own unique style of dance, and we strive to create a space where people can feel comfortable and empowered to do so.

Our team of professional instructors are passionate about teaching and inspiring our clients to reach their full potential. We offer a variety of classes and workshops, ranging from beginner to advanced levels, as well as private lessons and events. Our classes are tailored to the individual needs of each client, and our instructors are committed to helping them reach their goals.

Location

SoulShine Training is located in the heart of Woodstock, Vermont. Our studio is conveniently located just minutes away from downtown Woodstock and is easily accessible by car or public transportation.

Hours of Operation

SoulShine Training is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 3pm, and Saturday from 8am to 12pm. We are closed on Sundays.
