Introduction to North Carolina Dance Institute

The North Carolina Dance Institute (NCDI) is a premier dance school located in Raleigh, North Carolina. Founded in 2010, NCDI has quickly become a leader in the dance industry, offering a wide variety of classes and programs for all ages and skill levels. Our mission is to empower our students to reach their highest potential as dancers and to provide a safe, nurturing environment for them to express themselves through movement.

What We Do

At NCDI, we offer a wide variety of classes and programs for all ages and skill levels. Our classes range from beginner to advanced and cover a range of styles including ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary, and more. We also offer a variety of special programs such as our Summer Intensive, which is a five-week program designed to give our students an intensive and comprehensive dance experience.

In addition to our classes and programs, we also offer private lessons for those who are looking for a more personalized experience. Our private lessons are tailored to the individual’s needs and are designed to help them reach their personal goals.

At NCDI, we are proud to have an experienced and dedicated faculty who are committed to providing our students with the best possible dance education. Our faculty consists of professional dancers, choreographers, and teachers who have years of experience in the dance industry. Our faculty is passionate about teaching and inspiring our students to reach their highest potential as dancers.

Our Facilities

At NCDI, we are proud to have a state-of-the-art facility that is designed to provide our students with the best possible dance experience. Our facility features two large studios, each with sprung floors, barres, and mirrors. We also have a fully-equipped theatre for our performances and a spacious lobby for our students and parents to relax in.
