Mexicapan Dance Academy is a dance school located in San Antonio, Texas. Founded in 2011, the Academy has become a premier destination for learning traditional Mexican Folkloric dances and modern Latin dances. The Academy offers classes in a variety of traditional Mexican Folkloric dances, such as the Jarabe Tapatio, the Jarabes de Guanajuato, and the Chilenas. They also offer classes in modern Latin dances such as Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, and Cumbia. All classes are taught by experienced and passionate instructors, who have a deep knowledge of the culture and history of Mexican dance. The classes are designed to be fun and engaging, and are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced. The Academy also offers private lessons for those who wish to take their dancing to the next level.

Classes and Schedule

The Academy offers a wide range of classes, from traditional Mexican Folkloric dances to modern Latin dances. The classes are divided into three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Beginner classes focus on the basics of the dance, while Intermediate classes focus on more complex moves and techniques. Advanced classes focus on refining technique and developing performance skills. The Academy also offers private lessons for those who wish to take their dancing to the next level.

Classes are offered Monday through Saturday, from 9am to 10pm. Private lessons are available by appointment.
