Lou’s Academy & Training Center was founded in 1992 by Lou and Mary Ann Smith. The center was established to provide quality gymnastics instruction for the Hopkinsville community. Over the years, the center has grown and expanded to offer a variety of classes and programs for all ages and abilities.

Classes and Programs

Lou’s Academy & Training Center offers a variety of gymnastics classes and programs for children and adults of all ages and abilities. The center offers recreational classes, competitive classes, and private lessons. The recreational classes are designed to introduce children and adults to the fundamentals of gymnastics. The competitive classes are designed to prepare students for competition. The private lessons are designed to give students the opportunity to receive personalized instruction.

Lou’s Academy & Training Center is located in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. The center has a full-size gymnasium, a trampoline room, a foam pit, and a variety of other equipment. The center also offers a variety of recreational activities such as basketball, dodgeball, and volleyball.

Lou’s Academy & Training Center is staffed by experienced and certified instructors. The instructors are dedicated to providing quality instruction and a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all students.
