First Position Dance Academy is a dance school located in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Founded in 2000, First Position Dance Academy has been providing quality dance instruction to students of all ages and skill levels for over 20 years. We are dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential in the art of dance.

At First Position Dance Academy, our goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment for all of our students. We strive to provide an atmosphere of respect, understanding, and camaraderie that encourages students to grow and learn. Our instructors have years of experience in the field of dance and are passionate about helping our students reach their goals.

Our Programs

First Position Dance Academy offers a variety of classes and programs to suit the needs of our students. We offer classes in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, and more. We also offer private lessons and group classes for those who are looking to hone their skills.

Our classes are designed to help our students develop their technique, strength, and flexibility while also having fun. We also offer performance opportunities for our students to showcase their hard work.

Our Facilities

First Position Dance Academy is proud to offer a state-of-the-art facility for our students. Our facility is equipped with a sprung floor, full-length mirrors, and a sound system. We also have a variety of equipment such as barres, mats, and weights to help our students reach their goals.

We strive to be an active member of the community and participate in various events such as the Uniontown Arts and Music Festival. We also work with local schools and organizations to provide dance instruction to students in the area.
