Dance Educators of America Inc (DEA) is an association or organization located in the Village of Pelham, New York. DEA was founded in 1998 and has since become one of the leading organizations for dance education in the United States.

Mission

DEA’s mission is to provide high-quality educational and recreational opportunities for all ages and abilities in the art of dance. We strive to foster a creative and positive learning environment that promotes self-expression, self-confidence, and personal growth.

Programs

DEA offers a variety of programs for all ages and abilities. Our programs include recreational classes, competitive classes, private lessons, and workshops. We also offer special events and performances throughout the year.

Faculty

DEA’s faculty is comprised of experienced and dedicated professionals who are passionate about dance and committed to providing the best possible instruction. Our instructors are trained in various styles of dance including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, and Ballroom.

Facilities

DEA is located in the Village of Pelham, New York and has two spacious studios. Our studios are equipped with state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, as well as sprung floors and mirrors.

Partnerships

DEA is proud to partner with local schools, community organizations, and other dance organizations to provide quality dance instruction and performance opportunities. We also offer scholarships and financial aid for those in need.
