The Autumn Fellowship Ball Committee will host a fund raising event to benefit Dan DeBenedetto to be held at the Wolfert's Roost Country Club on Friday evening, November 2 , 2007. I'm pleased to be serving as a committee co-chairperson, along with Barb Ritschel and Pat DeMento.

Dan is a well-known local personality, dance teacher and member of our dance community who has been teaching and inspiring dancer's for over 30 years. By the evening of the Ball, Dan will have had a kidney along with a mass from his chest wall removed and hopefully, will be recovering comfortably. Since Dan may have to be out of work for up to two months or more we, his friends and fellow dancers, want to support him through this difficult period by raising money for needed expenses.

During the evening of the dinner dance there will be a phenomenal silent auction, 50-50 raffle, dance music provided by D. J. Ron and of course delectable Hors d'oeuvres, dinner and a cash bar. If you would like to receive an invitation for this event, or to just want to offer a donation, kindly with your name and address, and I will ensure you receive an invitation and/or a donation form. Mailings will take place on October 3, 2007.
